By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

4. Content Policy
You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant UniLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users or the Service.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Nudity or sexually explicit material
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred against any group
- Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Personal or private information of others without their consent
- Misinformation intended to deceive or mislead
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UniLink and its licensors. The UniLink name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of UniLink. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with advertisers are governed by the respective advertiser's terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNILINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@unilinkapp.co.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
